Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange terms carefully before requesting a return. 1. Return Period You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. 2. Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange ✅ Size Issue Exchange is accepted only if the required size is available. A ₹99 shipping charge will be borne by the customer for size exchanges. ✅ Damaged / Wrong / Mismatched Product You must provide a full parcel opening video from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the product condition. Without a valid video proof, your request will be rejected. If verified, we will send a replacement (subject to availability). If the same product is not available, you can: Choose another product (pay the difference if the new product costs more, or get store credit if it costs less), or Receive store credit equal to the product value. 3. Prepaid Orders Refunds are not available for prepaid orders. We can reship the product one time (for size or replacement) with a ₹50 shipping charge. 4. Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel before dispatch, we will issue store credit equal to your order amount. No cash or bank refunds are provided. 5. Important Notes Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Return/exchange approval is at the discretion of our quality team after reviewing your parcel opening video.
